What is Business Coaching?
Business coaching focuses on your business and what it need. It creates space for reflection, clear thinking & informed decisions.
As an MD/CEO, do I really need business coaching?
You can definitely get by without business coaching. The real question you need to ask yourself is: what is "getting by" costing you?
You can definitely figure it out on your own but you stand to lose:
- Time, energy trying things out
- Costs of repeat patterns
- Months, as your focus is diverted
- Loss of opportunities, because business isn't ready to take advantage
- Long hours & loss of good people
What value does it bring?
You know lots of stuff about your business but you're too busy to access it. Business coaching guarantees you invest some of your time & energy on working "on" your business, so you achieve your future goals.
How does it work?
Typically, its a 1-2-1 relationship between MD/CEO and coach, delivered virtually in 90-min or 120 min sessions. If appropriate, group sessions with your management team are facilitated.
What would we do?
Initial session: Intake session, establish business goals, explore current situation
Coaching session: Agenda driven by you. Tools, inputs & questions selected by me.
Each session, you outline your challenge, concern, dilemma. We get to root causes of why this matters & equip you to make the right decisions, to address it.
As coach, I hold your overall business goals for you while constantly scanning for relevant patterns & causes impacting business performance. You get clarity on root causes & support to make decisions.
How is this workshop delivered?
Virtual or in-person, depending on your location and travel budget.
Is Business Coaching Relevant to My Situation?
There are loads of coaches who work with start-ups but that's not me. I love working with MDs/CEOs who have built an established business & are looking to scale the next growth stage, be that overcoming Intuition Limits (20-40 headcount), Control Challenge (40-60), Alignment Strain (70-90) or System Stressing (100+).
