What's the Difference between Build & Buy?

A BUY strategy prioritises recruiting from market while a BUILD strategy prioritises developing talent & promoting from within.

Developing & promoting talent retains knowledge, experienc & protects culture.  Junior roles still depend on market recruitment but its cheaper & less impactful, if it goes wrong.
