A Business Model articulates your WHO, WHAT, HOW, VALUE that helps your business succeed in your selected market(s).

Why would we need a workshop?

Businesses often grow by responding to what the market will pay money for, not necessarily what you originally intended to sell. New management team members lose context of your original model. Communication & expectations gets muddled.

Clarifying your current business model aligns you & your management team on what your business is really about and what drives its success.

How long is the Workshop?
