Every company has their own culture, that derives from leadership. A culture that suits one person doesn't necesdariliy suit another but that doesn't make the culture inherently good or bad.
Company culture does become an issue when it materially impacts business performance.
A Culture Audit articulates what a company's culture is, its positive & negative impacts on the business & its sources.
What is Company Culture?
Company culture is usually defined as the:
"Unspoken rules of how we do things around here."
Put another way, it describes how people react to situations that may not have even occurred because, in their minds, it is how they expect those situations to play out.
