Are We Really Solving the Right Problem with a Programme?
That's a great question and one you should answer seriously. If there are other issues, like unclear strategy, misalignment across management team, etc. these issues should be addressed first. However, managers are there to ensure the work is getting done, not to do the work themselves. If they're doing the work themselves, your pricing model vs profitability are out of sync. The fastest way to do this is to ensure your managers have the skills to manage effectively, not do their team's work.
Can We Not Just Hire Better Managers?
