A key requirement for the successful transition from the legacy system was the provision of detailed training across the business.
Irial brought a wealth of experience in this arena to BoISS and was responsible for the training and upskilling of the entire business from fund accountants through to executive level.
Irial met this challenge gaining a detailed understanding of the underlying fund structures and processes within BoISS while designing and ultimately delivering a tailored suite of courses.
