" In this fast changing business environment, the need for creative, pro-active and dynamic managers is more relevant than ever before. For each individual this presents different and sometimes unique personal challenges. In an operational environment driven by market deadlines it is difficult to step outside the boundaries of our day to day and to think dynamically.

For me I recognised at an early stage that some of my direct line Managers needed individual coaching. Irial worked with me on what my expectation was and then customised coaching programmes for each of my line Managers.
