Competency Framework Example

The table below gives an example for Communication across 3 levels. Each level has an objective, to explain the competency at that level, followed by expected behavioural indicators. Each level incorporates behavioural indicators of the level(s) below. So, a Level II employee is expected to answer queries promptly as well as seeking agreement.
