Values

We value curiosity, flexibility, pragmatism and humour. Why?

Curiosity leads to workable solutions. By asking questions and listening to the explicit and implicit responses, we gain insight into issues and create real solutions. We seek input from all levels, which generates consensus, leading to increased acceptance of solutions.

Flexibility allows the best solution to emerge. Flexibility is very effective in overcoming resistance to change, which enables successful delivery. Employees don’t like fait accomplis. They like to feel part of change and make real contributions.

Pragmatism ensures objectives are delivered. Debate generates ideas, which should be considered, but decisions must be made to deliver results. Pragmatism allows practical, workable solutions to be implemented.

Humour increases innovation, reduces stress and builds relationships. People are more likely to contribute which enables measured solutions to evolve. Successful leaders actively use humour.
